Project Description
Impact Concrete performed structural sawcutting and reconstruction as part of the redevelopment at Waterside Shops in Naples, Florida. The scope included sawcutting and removal of existing structural concrete within the former Barnes & Noble space to accommodate the new structural buildout for Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn.
Our team completed the full structural concrete package for the new tenant spaces, along with the foundation for the new Eddie V’s restaurant. In addition to these primary scopes, we executed multiple structural improvements throughout the property to support ongoing renovations and tenant upgrades.
The project was completed within an active, high-end retail environment. Careful coordination was required to manage crane operations, material deliveries, and phased construction without disrupting daily mall operations. Portions of the work were performed during overnight hours to maintain access and minimize impact to surrounding businesses.
